I have been in that place. It’s no fun. And it seems difficult to move past, to see past, to the future. When you are overwhelmed, you feel like there is never going to be any relief, you have no hope, you see no light at the end of the tunnel.

    Thanks for this post! Great stuff. Your story is similar to my own. Feelings of inadequacy. Fear of being found out. Wanting to close out the world. A great psychologist is helping me along with the right meds. It helps to know you aren’t alone.
