I have been doing some extra guest posting lately, and this week I have 2 totally different posts on parenting. One will make you laugh til you cry and the other will just make you cry! Would love to have you go a check them out!
Going the distance
You know the saying, “Boys will be boys”? Well, it is true. I have 3 girls and a boy, all 18 and over now. Back when my son, whom I will call Drew, was in 1st grade, he almost was banned from the school bathrooms. Not sure exactly how that would work, but it was threatened. Just Living
I am not a typical woman in that I hate shopping. I despise going to the mall. But, if I want to spend some quality time with my youngest daughter, age 18, I will go to the mall with her. This means walking around the mall and admiring the latest fashions, all the while talking to her about her life and the latest happenings. But, she thinks we’re just shopping. Honestly, I can’t believe I never got a phone call about what my son may have done in the bathroom at school. God knows I got called about everything else. I’m guessing he just didn’t think of that.
