Sometimes reclaiming yourself can be a single event, a weekend for yourself, a decision about your career or relationships. Sometimes reclaiming yourself can be a much more major happening. Mine was.

Just signed up. Read your article “Taking Care of Me.” Wow, thanks for sharing. I had an overload 17 years ago. To make a long story short, I was rear-ended and as my Doctor said it was the straw that broke the camels back. I hadn’t even realized what stress was or how it had effected me. I would cry at a drop of a hat, sometimes for no reason. I took medication prescribed, it helped me, but more than anything, my doctor suggested some reading. It was “7 habits of highly effective people” by Stephen Covey. The book had parts that was more on a business level, but on a personal level I began to see how in all aspects of my life I could implement the 7 habits and take back control over my life. I’m a lot calmer, and happier now, I’m sure my family is too. I just tried to take care of everything and everyone else, now I take care of me. In doing that I can take care of my love ones.

Yep you’re right. The time for myself is one of the best time I love. It’s nice to relax and reflecting anything we’ve done in the past. It does really help to make us to be a better person.

I’m really loving the theme/design of your site. Do you ever run into any internet browser compatibility issues? A small number of my blog audience have complained about my site not operating correctly in Explorer but looks great in Safari. Do you have any solutions to help fix this problem?
