What a great reminder to be thoughtful in my thoughts, actions and behavior. I am learning to follow the three “A”s of Awareness, Acceptance and Action. Acceptance is the most important step for me, and it is acceptance that allows me to be honest and open with myself and others, and to respond instead of reacting. I am far more likely to get into trouble when I jump from awareness to action.
