The best thing you can do for your children is to take care of their mama. You know the old adage,If mama ain’t happy ain’t nobody happy. And this is so true.
And even thought that saying is cute and funny, there is a much deeper side to this. Women will push themselves way more than they should, taking care of everyone else, many times at the detriment to their own physical and mental health.

Thank You to Bernice and all involved. This is a wonderful program for all Moms out there. I am a Mom of 4 grown men and the grandMom of 6 and 1 more on the way. I share your posts with my family and they take to heart so many of your pearls. You are a remarkable woman on a Journey. namaste’

Thanks for these very helpful tips to being a happier mom. I could really use quite a few of them. I have to wake up earlier than everyone to pack their lunches. After that I go straight back to my bed to sleep! Never thought about turning off the computer half an hour before I normally do. Something I do for myself regularly is give myself the spa treatment with face masks. Very relaxing!

Hi, Bernice!
As I recently became a mum myself, I was curious to read this post and see your advices on it. I must say I laughed to the tip of “eat your breakfast”, which is exactly what I am sometimes skipping, since I find myself to be too busy to manage it. By the time I make some free time for myself, it is already lunch or even dinner time.
